How do we experience joy in the midst of life setbacks and discouragements? We will gather in Irvine for a day to delve in-depth through Paul's Letter to the Philippians to learn about the source of true joy and hope. There will be some fun activities, praise and prayer time. We will connect with God and with one another.
When: Saturday, April 20, Noon - 9 pm (starting with lunch)

Fees: $20 (to cover for lunch, refreshments and dinner)

Who we are:
iusm
International Undergraduate Student Ministry is a Christian campus organization at UCSD for all international students - you don’t have to be Christian to join! We support international students and create a community that feels like a home away from home.
We like to hangout and eat together, and we offer personal mentorship to help international students get adjusted to life in the U.S. and life in general!
We also meet weekly and look at what the Bible says about topics like friendship, dealing with stress, and how to live a meaningful life. Welcome!

Most students at IUSM and our sister group IGSM meet together for Sunday service at 11:30am. Whether you've gone to church all your life or never thought you would try it out, we welcome you to join us to learn more about God.
